UV-Curable Adhesive is activated and cured by irradiation with UV light.
UV curing bonding enables highly accurate bonding. It can bond materials that are sensitive to heat, and bond glasses with different coefficients of thermal expansion or thin film substrates at room temperature. It is also possible to bond glass and metal by UV curing.
We also have worked with epoxy adhesive. Some of our assemblies bonded by epoxy adhesive are used under ultra high vacuum condition.
We also do UV bonding and epoxy adhesive even after appling AR coating.
